Got to the Lake around 6:00am and was the first one there; quickly set up and paddled out to the rim of the sink hole, with my trusty Quantum Micro, Blue/silver Kastmaster and 4lb line. Kind of fun seeing the fish jump all around me and watching little bait balls form. Most of the action today was from the Rainbow's and brought 2 to the yak with one jumping up in the air and getting off; what a show. About 9:00 am,  2 boaters arrive and slowly troll with live lined Flys and they instantly hook-up. The next 3 hours flew by and departed Blue Lake at 12:30.
The water was warm and there were zero bugs around, so maybe that could explain the bites. The wind started to pick up later in the morning.
I have downloaded the Photos to my computer but can not figure out how to pass them along yet. Later!
