Upgrades to a Kayak

Look at this kayak in a youtube video. Some amazing upgrades done on it.

Seen pretty much all his videos and that guys knows his stuff. I would like to have the same set up as his or close to it.

He has some good ideas on there.  Hopefully this winter I can start my rigging for next season.  Good that he talked about what didn't work almost as much as what did work.
