Route from Howe

Has anyone kayaked this route and is it child (2 yr old) safe? Don't want to take the kiddo on unknown water and run into unexpected fast water. From running the trail it seems all pretty slow.

Done it plenty of times....
Normally it's a fun and cool route with calm waters. With the flows as low as they are there are two spots which will be a little messy... I'd wait till next year with a two year old on board. Try it solo, wear good shoes because you need to portage through two spots...

yep, only hairy spots are between mile 1.5 and 3, either have to walk or be real good at eddy control with these low flows as there are a few trees (strainers) against the outside turns in this section.
