well, commercial fleet almost grounded or not, patrick of mission fish
had salmon 'roast' (unfiletted chunks) of local wild salmon at the mtn view farmer's market today.
I bought a $20 tail chunk (slight discount), filetted half of it, put the other half in the freezer.
boys asked for more.  tasted as good as it always does. filetted, marinated with 'soy vay' teriyaki marinade, broiled.

would be a lot more fun to catch it myself, but at least I'm eating it.
