Petaluma/Napa striper fishing?9/29

is anyone going to fish for stripers in napa or petaluma river this saturday? or the bay some where?

I am going to try for Striper in the Sherman Lake area.  Company is welcome.

ok cool. ill think about it. Little bit of a drive for me though.

The family and I will have the whole fleet in the turning basin and stuff on Saturday for lunch. Don't know how much fishing time I'll get....

High tide is around 2 then, never know if the fish will be around

That looks like a decent spot.  Where do you launch/park when you go there?

There's a floating dock on the east side of the basin. If nobody is camped out. we walk them down the gangway and launch from the dock.  If not there, then from the marina at hwy 101 and paddle/peddle up. 

 I've caught alot of Stripes around the docks there. ( when the traffic is down )
