Bean Sunday 9/16

We all did well today the 14th at Bean. With the highlights being Herb with a Hali and Lifeisgood with a cabzilla.
Planning to hit Bean again on Sunday around 7:30-8am
Hey Herb and Chester I want pics and report ASAP.

I put a report on the members forum.

I'll be there around 8 if tonights party finished before 12PM;  Herb and Darius can't make it; Won said maybe.  Hopefully Vu and Andy show up.  I hope yesterday's results could inspire some others to join.

Won, are u fishing from the banks or from a boat? Where in the delta?

Sorry for the late reply...I was fishing from a bass boat...we launched out of Russo's Marina.

Got into a lot of stripers on topwater lures, but ended up with only 1 small keeper at 21".

Caught some largemouth as well, largest 4.5lb.

Nice! I used to go all the way to Rio Vista for stripers bank fishing when they are not running along the coast. Gets kind expensive with gas, toll, bait, etc. I've only caught one while bass fishing on my yak but lost it once it surfaced.
