Last Thursday I limited out on RF and lings and decided to make full use of the fish (except the guts). After I fillet them, I made bullabase out of the carcass.  I then picked the meat out of the bones and made fish patties (same as crabcakes). The bones become soft so it you get a few in you won't notice them. What I couldn't pick clean became dog food.... I guess that in the old days this was normal... we waste so much food without even realizing it...

STeam fish whole and u can even suck the juice off the bones and fingers lol
