A spud gun is illegal now  :smt012, but compressed air is a different beast!  It can not be classified as a fire arm/zip gun as there is no explosive/propellant.  It is an air gun!  I want one mounted on my kayak, but I would look like an old market gunner.  Try explaining that to DFG!  :smt003

I still remember making spud guns back in high school.  Good times.  Fun watching the potatoes fly.  You could do some serious chumming with a potato gun.
