Big thanks to Sean@GWKC for my new Marauder and for coming up with cleaner design for mounting sonar on my Prowler 13 from Ocean Kayaks.

Sonar is totally out of the way and I have 12V socket for recharging, floodlights, fishing lights, Sirius receiver w/speakers, etc.

I still need to add padeyes in floor of tankwell for holding <possible> milk crate, support for live baitwell and L-bracket off of stern for holding my 2nd wide-side transducer.

And from rear:

I am strongly considering adding a GoLight Stryker remote control spotlight to bow.

http://www.golight.com/products/stryker.html

Draws 5.5a, which is a beast but with increased battery I can handle it. I'll be adding 4-5 extra pounds in bow but this is my Winnebago/Magyver yak so it's all good. Thing wouldn't be on continually anyways.

Considering by summer time I'll be running a livewell/baittank, PVR and bullet/lipstick video camera from battery as well...the extra amps will be needed.

I have taken it out on several night time missions at clearlake already and it's a little unnerving not having ability to floodlight an area...sometimes you just get plain damn lost...at least it feels that way. And no...I won't consider gps for a freshwater lake.

Oh man that is off the hook, you should find a spot for a down rigger. How long does it take to get it ready to launch.. Really I like its pretty cool.
