Salt point smca

1.Wanted to do some homework before fishing at salt point in Sonoma.  Looking on the CFG site it defines the park as a smca. Can we fish in that area? I know the red zones Stewart pnt is a smr no fishing zone.

2. I actually have the Oregon garmin gps. I was wondering if the grey zone on its mapping defines the Marine reserves.
If not can I imput cordinates in the gps. To map the area.
