Anybody ever deal with achilles tendonitis?   I frigging have it in both ankes right now.. product of playing hoops with my daughter I think.     Doctor gave me various stretches and etc but its SLOW coming around.    Working and normal day to day is no problem but sitting on the yak for 6 hours and then having to jump off and pull the boat up on the beach before it gets swamped is what Im a bit worried about.   I know a guy who tore his achilles while actually in a rehab place doing excersizes for tendonitis.. out of commission for a YEAR.
