A seasonal/20-30 hrs per week may be opening in Sacramento.  The position is primarily data entry and making phone calls to anglers, but it is a foot in the door for anyone interested in pursuing a career in environmental science/fisheries biology ( I had this position for 6 months before getting promoted).  The schedule is extremely flexible, and will work around school schedules.

If anyone is interested send me a PM for more info, and for help with the application process.

Requirements:

Equivalent to completion of two years of college with a minimum of 10 semester hours in biological or chemistry sciences.OR
One year of experience in surveying, studying or evaluating fish or wildlife populations, data habitats or users, or working in a chemistry laboratory.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Must be able to read and write and speak English at a level required for successful performance.
Follow oral and written directions
Maintain simple records and do simple mathematical computations.
Do simple construction tasks with tools
Interact successfully with the public.

Looks like a great opportunity for someone out there. Seems like we have to have someone who could use this since.
