I just noticed your profile shows you live in Campbell.  So do I!  We should definitely carpool and fish together. Can't wait for rockcod season.

I'm right off of Campbell Ave, b/t San Tomas and S.T. Aquino.  Near Campbell church of christ, if you know where that is.

Anyone interested in putting in a couple bucks for a Norcal big fish pool for next year?  Maybe $5 a category: Halibut, Salmon, Striper, Lingcod, Sturgeon.

HOOKED-UP on 25",8lb. TROUT on deep-dvr.,another small on needle-fish!!!GREAT INSTRUCTIONS!!! I've looked at that deep-dvr. in my tackle box for over 15yrs.Also caught a 24"Channel Cat on a weightless night crawler.Up til now my best trout was 4 3/4 at san pablo res.
p.s.I can't figure how to post  in hook-ups forum.I want to give you your "PROPS" on SLAYING TROUT.

I think my first PM was from Mooch, July 2005.
It was concerning the NCKA sunset art piece he commissioned for Bill back when we all rode dinosaurs with yakima racks on them .

On the topic of way-backs, I just checked my first fishing log and my entry was May 2002. I remember I bought my first kayak in 1994 (Prijon Yukon) and my first SOT yak (Dagger Cayman) in summer 1999.

WTTM! === I'd love to hook up on any kind of fish that would bite in less than a minute of the bait hitting the water, that must have been sweet!! in fact i know it WAS sweet, b/c i can see evidence of it in that video you posted

like it was yesterday!  i think i'm gonna cry.

now that i've figured out how to, can i post a pic of that fish?

I remember talking to on the pnone about that adam! then i went into the house and put away a few buck for my first yak!!! Oh the madness
