Monterey Sunday

Gatohoser and I are going out from DelMonte by MBK at 6am....Plan is to troll down the inside of the klelp line to the Hotel area and drift dead squid...... looking for an an alibut.

We'll monitor CH 69.

NOAA is calling for "lighter winds" tomorrow.  It was howling both here and in Monterey by 9:30am today....shudder......

Pat and I are planning to give the Halis a try nearer Lover's Point tomorrow morning, wind permitting.

 We'll give a holler if we get into them.

I will also be heading out of MBK on Sunday morning.  I'll see you there.  My plan is to get out early and leave as soon as the wind picks up.

I've seen the same boat I (i think it was the same anyway) working the beach in shallow just north of the hotel twice this week.  Hopefully they missed 'em and you guys will get 'em.  Good luck.  I might be out Monday morning if Big Sur doesn't pan out.
