I'll be headed to donner on sunday, staying in a cabin with family. I plan to fish in the mornings, always had luck with trout and sometimes macks, bit this time I'll be after kokes. I've heard good reports for them from donner this year but no info on tackle.

So I stocked up on some wedding rings and small bright colored spoons, and I have a large assortment of dodgers and flashers, just wouldn't know where to start. Any and all info is appreciated, mostly looking for reference on what depth and location I should try.

Thanks,
Joe

Joe, I assume you read Ricci's (Fishworks) 101 post? If not, a must! Wedding rings and spinners in green seem  behind flashers seem to be a good ticket lately other places
formerly Da roblo, Diroblo, white devil, etc..

Thanks diroblo

I've got his 101 saved on my computer, definitely some good info. I've got corn and scents. Confident I can find what their biting, just not where. Assuming deep this time of year though.

you'll prob see them being caught below 60'

Thanks GB. I had a feeling I'd need to go down down down, but if fish are to be caught it's all worth it.

Heading up there tomorrow morning, I'll post results.

Joe
