R.I.P. Brad Smith

I lost a close friend at ocean cove today. He is a long time old school motorcycle and spearfishing enthusiast. He was raised in an orphanage and various foster homes. He lived in cazadero and taught me everything i know about spearfishing and abdiving. Although he was never a member of NCKA, he was a true man of the sea. He had a 42 foot sailboat that he had sailed to every corner of the world. He rode motorcycles with some of the toughest bikers alive. He had a couple of bad ass whitewater canoes and a tarpon 140. We paddled many miles together.He died with his speargun in his hand.   God bless his soul.  R.i.P. Brad ross Smith.

Sorry to hear about the loss.  It sounds as though he lives a full and happy life despite the adversities.

I want to pay my respects to Brad Smith. Jack introduced me to Brad and I liked his spirit from the beginning. Brad always had a smile that was contagious. I believe this was from living life to it's fullest and sharing his experiences and caring for everyone he met. May god bless him and his family.

dam im so sorry to hear that jack , was he someone i met at your camping trip last april?im really bad with names but if you  bring me back ill remember.
