just drive through the parking lot and by the cove the road will take you down to the beach where you can drop your stuff and go back up and park and then walk back down

I take 37 to Lakeville, hwy when it gets to 101 I go under the freeway. I then turn left on Washington which turns into Bodega Ave. Rt on Valley ford to 1 north, follow along north till you see FT Ross Park. That's how I do it. Others routes may vary.

Just get Reelknots (he lives in Vallejo also) in front of you and he will lead the way  to water...........but if you can't find Kiel...head out from petaluma to Bodega bay and go through Bodega...make a left after you cross a bridge that takes you to Jenner and it's about 9 miles north of Jenner on Hwy 1 on your left...Fort Ross............you have to drive threw the parking lot and down to the beach, drop you gear than drive backup to parking lot and walk back down...unless you hitch a ride...that's my plan :smt003 :smt004 :smt044 very fishy place...if you pass Fort Ross and end up at Fort Ross store you went to far...turn around and you will find it...if you've got a garmin than all's good.............. :smt044 :smt044 :smt044

another way is if you see some yaks headed that way chance's are your on the right track...hope to see ya OTW Bro....
