I just bought a red orange pescador price was right at right under 500 before taxes, came with a scotty rod holder, and my rod holder faces the right side and does not face forward, 3 o clock position, does this sound right?  Might work out for trolling, but would look weird if i was anchored up and fishing down stream. thanks for any input.

How about a Scotty rocket launcher with a gimbal mount?

Thanks, that was pretty simple, going from no rod holders to a rod holder, i thought it was for sure in a fixed position.
