Mitch and I made it over 299 and landed in Arcata for the night. We are heading out as early as possible ~6:00. Looking forward to a great day on the water. We went out and set three crab traps and attempted to jig w/o any luck. Then again it was spooky out there by ourselves. We did run into a nice pbers around 7:30 who was coming off the water. He said he got there to launch from the beach at 5:00pm and had three salmon in the box. Not bad before dark! Hope to see anyone on the water tomorrow morning. :smt006
