Looking for a decent camera to take otw with me under 100$. Foind a coleman C5WP for $79 any sugestions? Thanks guys

You can get the old style Kodak Playsport for $49.99.  I like it better than the newer model because the battery is removable.  You can use it all day if you have spare batteries to swap out.  The quality of the video is excellent because it records in HD, and the audio quality is much better than the GoPro in its waterproof case.  It is waterproof to only 10 feet, so I'd use the GoPro for anything deeper such as on crab pots.  It is factory refurbished, but you can't beat the price.  Here is a link to the deal, but the SALE ENDS TONIGHT AT 9:00PM

I have a similar one (zx5) that I let my son use.  While the video is quite good, the picture quality is only as good as a camera phone. So if you are looking for something to primarily take pictures Id look elsewhere.

I can't recommend the Kodak Playsport.  You will only end up buying another camera.  I use to own one.
