"tank man" was reported either executed or hiding out somewhere in China.  That was the ballsiest move ever.  However the poor tank driver probably was killed for not mowing him down.

The control of the tank crew was really incredible, being a former track user, I can tell you it is easy to slip with those things.  In retrospect I am amazed he wasn't flattened.
