Zilla, panko, Lingzilla!

Brought home the fish I caught in Shelter Cove at GS6.2. I asked Cody and Savana tonight, how they wanted that ling fillet cooked? I was prepared to go all fancy, I was thinking ling marsala and fettucini pasta, with our artichoke hearts, and roasted peppers from last years garden, and garlic bread. But no. they both said, "dad, can you panko up some fish like Zilla? So, I cracked out the panko, put on some potatoes, and fried them up. I got some happy babies tonight! gotta love the simple things.......
