Someone donated homemade kahlua to the PIF at HMB for Mooch. It was DELICIOUS! Would that someone be willing to share the recipe?

Sounds like an EricB specialty to me!  Absolutely delicious, use it to wash down some spicy pickled eggs!

I think we used this recipe, J.  We used vodka... couldn't find Everclear.  I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Here is mine I make it every year for christmas and it turns out pretty good.

Kaluha
6 cups strong coffee (hazelnut chocolate)
6 cups sugar (1/2 brown 1/2 regular)
12 tsp vanilla
3 cups 151 Bacardi
3 cups vsop brandy

Bring coffee to boil then add sugar bring back to boil then simmer one hour. Let cool then add vanilla and alcohol.
