I'm not sure if you're referring to Stillwater Cove, Sonoma County or Stillwater Cove, Monterey County (commonly referred to as SWS or Carmel), but in either instance, yes.

SWS gives you good access to a wide variety of structure, habitats, and depths. It is fairly protected and has a good population of fish.

Stillwater cove in Sonoma has some some decent fish and scallop spots in the surrounding area, but you'll have to do some exploring to find them. There is a fairly good population of abs (7-8.5) in the cove and the surrounding area, so you shouldn't have trouble getting your limit.
