Guys at adventure sports awesome!

Just wanted to let everyone know how exceptional the customer service is at Adventure Sports in Sacramento! My Dad just bought a brand new Wilderness Systems Ride 135 he is beyond stoked right now. He has been searching and searching and finally went there and they HOOKED him up. He cant wait as well as I to get are a$$es up to the cove and GET SOME!!! I am so happy as well over the years me and the pops fish together on shore as much as we could but I introduced him to the madness and he is HOOKED! I just wanted to say thanks guys for having this site exist and bringing me into the madness which has now brought me and the pops closer together!

congrats to your dad on his new ride.  I fish with my son all the time, and it has created a bond that should see us through the crap life throws at you.

I went to adventure sports on Friday, and noticed that their customer service has greatly improved since my last visit.  I was helped by a big dude (can't remember his name) who coaches football for Sac city.  The guy went out of his way to help me figure out a transducer mount for my kayak, and then offered me a good discount.

If you have avoided adventure sports in the past because of their customer service,  it might be time to give them a second chance.

I'm jealous.  When I introduced my father to kayak fishing, he didn't care for it. 

It's fine though because my daughters, especially my oldest, are begging for me to take them so I'll have yak partners very soon.

I was always standoffish due to what I've heard in the past.  Glad to hear things have turned around.

   Great post !     John and Carl and a few other guys that I don't remember their names  have all been extremely friendly each time I've been there.     Great line up of accessories there also. 

I used to get all my stuff there. The customer service has improved a lot.

Ya, I too have had nothing but good experiences with these guys. Customer service is top notch. Made me feel like my/our (NCKA) business was important to them.

Agree, John has excellent customer service skills. Very informative and no pressure sales.

Dad just sent me a pic my step mom was so jazzed about kyacking that they went back down and got her a tarpon 100 i believe this really is MADNESS!!!
