Pickled wild mushrooms (chantrell and porcini), Pickled green beans and smoked salmon.  All self procured and processed.  Who needs crackers?

I'll be donating some meat for the bbq.  I'll to be chillaxin, fishin, and partying all weekend so no time to cook...
