Ok so I have a ton of fresh Salmon and Im going to smoke a bunch of it. My problem is that ive never done this before. I got the basics like temp and basic brine but thats not enough. If anyone would like to share a winning recipe with me Id be indebted to you. Im looking to get away from the basic salt brown sugar and water and add a little extra. Im probably going for around 10lbs. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks fellas!!!

I think if you use the search function on here and type in "Indian Candy" a winner will come up. I've never done it, but it sounds good.

I did a about ten loads last year with a half dozen different recipes.  Raymac's recipe was my favorite.  http://www.norcalkayakanglers.com/index.php?topic=11775.msg109024;topicseen#msg109024.  I did mostly salmon but also striper and sturgeon.  They all came out great.  There is a range of flavors thrown together so you can add or decrease to your personal flavor.  I used cheap dollar store ingredients and it still came out great.
