Tomorrow, I get to take my trainee and go do some paddling in the delta. Hope my back is up to it, but not very often you get to go play for pay. I am actually looking forward to it. Just might have to buy that fishing license tonight, and drag a rapala behind me tomorrow.  :smt004

Ryan, I know! Congrats by the way dad!  :smt006 I have been extremely busy chasing my dreams. It is really starting to pay off, and man, I feel young and vibrant again. The sky is my only limit. We are pitching a new reality show when I go up to shoot four shows in Montana in July. That will definately make for great entertainment. I do feel terrible that I am only NOW buying a license. I made a point to come and see Kat to get it. I will be undercover tomorrow fishing the delta in kayaks, and make a big bust. Going to be fun, and hope to get a striper in the process! Kat was hammering me about the chicken dinner, pick a day next week, and I promise to make time. I am starting a tour the end of the month, the Cowboys and Cannabis tour, and we have a date for Tommy T's in Rancho, and I will have two tickets for you two for sure. So, pick a day, and Iwill swing by for dinner! Congrats again! You will be a fantastic dad, and Kat will be a mom you will be proud of!!

Not one bite. The delta was like chocolate milk today, but it was nice to get back otw. The bust went down smooth, no problems. Can't talk much about it, but it involved demolition and explosives. My back is feeling it badly right now. I really want to try someone's hobie, to see if it will be easier on me. Might just have to cross over to the dark side. Bird, absolutely. My manager is putting on the river city reggae fest this weekend, and after it is done, I am his undivided attention for the foreseable future. Couple irons that are in the fire, a reality show, Cowboys and Comics, where I take five of the most city-fied ones up and turn them loose on the ranch, let them screw stuff up. Things like calving, branding, building fence, cutting hay, wheat harvest, artificail insemination, etc, all that stuff. I am also looking at a sitcom, I have a meeting with writers on the 30th, to brainstorm and see if my life out here in the big CA is worthy of tv time. I doubt it, but my manager and one of his producers thinks it is. Personally I think they need to get out more, and do some kayak fishing myself.

Chad, I would love to. I have the kids this weekend, and am booked to be in the recording studio all day Saturday. Two more sessions, and I should be done with the comedy cd, then we start on the music album. Lots of work to get done. I would love to go for kokanee, might have to wait though. I am opening a show in Lodi at O'Riley's Pub, last minute cancel, and I picked up the spot. Funny, I am opening, for people, that open for me! It is cool though, I have new stuff to try out and fine tune, so I wont be stealing thunder. Might take the kids out to the delta to saok some bait, they will enjoy that I am sure. Good luck at the salmon slam, and take lots of pics guys! I have to live vicariously through your posts and pics!

Hang in there and chase the dream. Sun always rises. Tomorrow is a new day. :smt006
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!
