Humminbird PC download

Tried all afternoon to download my info from my new 385ci. Downloaded and viewed them at home no problem last week but today on my Mom's computer (Windows Vista) I keep getting a Download Data Error, also shows 400% complete? This was the first time I saved screenshots which I can open just fine from Windows Explorer. I've tried several SD cards so that's not the issue. Any ideas?
