ARW 'but hunt 3/24 or 3/25

I just moved to Richmond in October and have been dying to hit ARW for buts. I've never launched or fished that area before so company and/or tips would be great.

Saturday tides: 0719  0.4  1357  4.7    1914  1.7
Sunday tides 0755  0.3   1441  4.4  1948  2.1

Its either fish the morning incoming (pretty big swing) or the evening outgoing (more moderate). Is is possible to make bait out there or do people buy bait? Bay Tackle or elsewhere?

I usually make bait at mlk on my way... But it is possible to make bait near the tires accross from the ramp. I may be game for this Saturday. On the norm go early as the wind tends to kick afternoon.

I might be able to join you guys on Saturday for some needed water therapy. Thinking about picking up some bait @ Mike's Bait Shop in Oakland.

If you head out on Sunday and its not raining like crazy, im down to head out there.

looks like a 70 % chance of rain with 5mph winds on Saturday. Not awful but not fun weather to be in. I'm going to consider the weather after work and decide to go or not then. Looks like sunday has a bit more wind too.
