Ok I just got off the phone with the guy that used to have the same kind of deal out there. The county permits are key out there. Some homework needs to be done to see if there are any leans, permits, outstanding tickets and so on. I will try and help with the exploratory stuff and look for more people with experiences out there. Looks like it would be fun but there are 100 things that could go wrong. His experience did not end well.

Back sliding a bit... Lost one, now we are at $3200 in interest... Not enough to proceed... Bigfoot is still checking on some stuff but from what I see so far... Might have to let go of the dream. Sorry Andy, I guess Tiki resort or other might be the ticket for now. Cash is tight. Maybe in the next republican presidential cycle if the Zombies don't get us first
