Alright, I've been seeing that heading on my yahoo home page all day and ignoring it as probably pretty stupid.  So now I've gone and read it, and yeah it was pretty stupid. 

It's kinda like the doughnuts they bring in at work, you know you shouldn't but if they sit there long enough and someone gives you just a tiny nudge, it's too hard to resist.
