Fire & Ice/Reno-Tahoe

Hey all just wanted to say Thanks for the calls and messages concerning the fire in Reno.  The Wife and I  fortunatly live in an area that has not been involved in either of the big fires this year. The Fire Dept where I work sent 2 engines to Reno, they fought wicked fast moving fire and returned home safe.   We went from late fire season to winter snow in a matter of hours.  I now have 2 inches of snow, and work has a more than a foot.  See ya OTW.

Glad to hear you're ok. My wife has a friend up there that lost their horse ranch, house and all. Everyone including animals was ok though.

  I am glad to hear your firends or OK.  Even after 20+ yrs as a Firefighter it still saddens me when there is loss of peoples Homes and precious possesions.  Thoughts and Prayer for them.

Glad to hear everything came out ok for you.  We sent an OES engine there.  I was thinking what a miserable strike team that would have been!  Freezing!  Looking at your YouTube videos I thought you might be a firefighter by your YouTube name.  Anyhow, glad everything worked out for you and your guys.  Hit me up if you wanna dive on a weekday sometime!
