think about this....if all the kayakers would paddle slow (trooching) at least 5 ft. from each other with live bait dangling below, we could form a schooling bait ball - and bring in stripers

Could be Party Boat exciting if a few of us hooked up and a fish crossed all the lines .

the golden rule would be: if someone hooks up , everyone pulls their line up - quickly

....this is the tail that I like to chase

Was thinking of the same trolling way if someone sees shad, but the person that hooks up falls back to fight and the others paddle on.

I'm in for sure, but don't think I can get bsteves, serious WAF and BAF deficiencies.  My inlaws live in Ukiah so I will be crashing there, but would be interested in Pot Luck action.  I will try to hit the water for the evening bite on Friday;  I'll keep my eyes peeled.
