You could try to PM Zee at NWKA.  Pretty sure he is a designer/artist.

I don't draw either, but I have made a basic out lay of whatever idea I have in my mind, so the artists can understand what I want.  An example for this would be: two salmon leaping from the water one to the right, the other two the left.  and  a Roman Numeral II in the middle of it and in a circle (I have done coins for military and EMS, so I use round things as a base, but its your idea go what with  you know).  Next I google images and find what works.  Now comes thr tricky part, after printing the image I go back to the copier and enlarge the size to some thing I can work with.   I then cut out my images. Next I would take a bowl or something , out line it on a sheet of paper (so I can get a perfect circle).  then I lay everything out.  Using a small amount of tape for each peice I had to cut out from my images (you will move these around so don't go overboard on tape, a small 1/2 inch peice or less does the job fine.  Now you have a very workable draft for an artist to go off.  If you are super slick you go back to the copier and shrink it to the size you need it to be so You have a workable idea of what you want. This will also give you an image you can email to others for approval.

I hope that helps you out.

I used to do graphic design in CS4.  I'll give it a shot if you want.
