Yesterday 1/7/12 went to Shadow Cliffs. Fishing was slow but was able to pull two 8.5 plus rainbows out trolling with top water Rapalla's. Marked most fish on the bottom as the surface water was 45 degrees in the morning. Best time was after 10:00 went the surface waters warmed up. These were the only fish I caught but extremely pleased to get two in one outing. Little action seen from other boaters or shore anglers, probably needs a few more plants dumped in.
