i saw the preview before, it looks interesting, i have always thought ewan mcgregor is a great actor.  of course it is crazy impossible but what movies aren't anymore?

That looks like a winner - would love to see it.

yeh, like the reviews said, the book was a hoot of political satire and venal expose all rolled into one. sort of "Primary Colors" meets DeMille's "Red President" [all about the Clintons, btw]

I'm guessing the movie will totally miss the mark.

Think of it this way; it would be like taking 'A river runs through it" and turning it into a disaster flick.
