Blew my 15hp and am currently fixing it to sell and upgrade to something bigger to push my new boat.  Gotta be short shaft tiller operated.  Oh, and cheap is always preferable.  I have an Aire Tomcat inflatable whitewater kayak and a 9'6" zodiac style inflatable for trades/partial trades if anyone is interested.  Thanks guys!

oh yeah, the zodiac for sale is in my profile pic.  its a Quicksilver made by mercury marine.  Pretty sweet for diving and has a non-slip custom hardwood floor and "lifters" for easy planing and stability.

Both the kayak and zodiac are PVC.  People seem to be worrying about the material for the wrong reasons.  PVC is far less resistant to UV radiation, yeah, but here in norcal we don't get nearly enough sun to have that make a huge difference.  If we were in Florida, I would never buy a PVC inflatable.  All that said, my new one is Hypalon from 1993, and it seems to be in pretty good shape, but much less rigidity than the PVC boat.  Just ideas and observations...
