Del Valle - Saturday, Dec. 3

Decided against last Saturday but barring hell or high WINDS/water, myself and barefoot1 will be at DV this Saturday.  Plan on being there when the gates open because I have to be off the water by 2 PM.

Will be chasing trout at the onset and may switch over to stripers depending progress and conditions.

While I've done a little research, I haven't been there for a year so any insights are welcome.

Company welcome, will have VHFs.

Glad to see ya getting out Michael    Hope the fish are willing and waiting for ya!  You going mostly trout or hitting the bass and stripers too?

My buds have been knocking them hard on the bank with cheese product. make sure the boats are DRY.

Yeah, this is my first trip out since Albion.   

I'll start out by chasing trout and depending on what I graph, may switch over to stripers.  Since I have to get off the water somewhat early, I'm leaving the bass stuff home.

Pickerell, would rather be hitting Melones with you but can't stay late and it's 2.5 hours one way.

Yep, was gonna try and convince the Del Valle hookup to change to Melones until I saw the 2:00 cutoff.

I'm hoping to make the run to NM sometime towards the end of December or early January if all works out.  I'll definitely post a hook-up to catch up with you guys.  Too bad it can't be tomorrow but truth be told, I'm just happy to get out.
