Anyone game to fish Shasta for salmon / trout or do a run down the lower Sac. ( Redding to Anderson ) for wild trout / Steelhead ?
Remember to practice safe knots, because big fish don't just break your line, they also break your heart.

Maybe... I teach tomorrow and I am thinking a local trip would be good for me on Sunday :smt006. I prefer Shasta; however, you may be burnt out there.

I have to work but may be up for a hook-up later in the week.  It is my daughters Bday tonight, I have 20 screaming 6-7 year old girls running around the house.  I wonder how the cat fishing is this time of year, I am sure the lake is nice and quiet  :smt044

Hi Dave, it's not possible to burn me out fishing/yaking  :smt044, I was thinking of mooching for salmon at first, and trolling later for trout. Do you want to meet at Phil's Prop. or at the Centimudi ramp ? what time ?

Hey Matt, I feel your pain, you're a good man for doing it though. Give me a shout and I'll be ready to go back out.
