Electrician Needed ASAP

Our Circuit panel got water damage causing some circuit shortage some sparks, contacted PG&E due to fire hazard dint do anything and was told its the house owner need to contact contractors/Electrician, talked to my landlord and told ask if anyone I know can handle it, if your electrician let me know I need to this done we are out of power...Again ASAP I will be in my house till before 11 AM..Then will look at craigslist..Thanks!!!

Depending on how bad it is you might need PGE to come out and cut the power.
I had to do that and go to the county to get an emergency pemit (something like a building permit, been a while. I don't remember exactly which it was) before they would come out to do it. Then they wouldn't restore power until it passed the inspector. It was almost a 24 hour turn around for me.
Permit, purchase supplies, tear out old panel, install new panel and wires all the way through the roof, called and had the inspectors come out i the morning.
It passed so I called PGE and they were supposed to come out and hook up the power lines. I went to Tahoe. When I got back ( at 1AM ) the wires weren't hooked up. I made a phone call and they sent someone out at 2:30am to hook it up.

Yes the PG&E came by and says cant do much but to shut it down until repair its patch but not repaired so its running but need it to get done
