Sunday 11/27 Tiki Lagoon

I keep hearing the strippers are running late, it's starting to heat up and all we need is a little rain to flush things out. Here comes the rain.  A friend and I are planning on launching from Tiki on Sunday morning. Forecast is for cloudy skies , 10% or less chance of rain.   Company welcome.
 If if anyone knows an alternate launch site, west of Stockton, we are open to suggestions.
