for those who are planning to go crabbing this wkend for the opener...


bait your pots properly coz it will make a big difference of having a full load of crabs or not much.

Sped up like that you can barely see the flat fish mooching the scrapes.

Are you suppose to place your bait close to the bottom or on the bottom?

I avoid putting it in the bottom, the crabs will clean it out pretty quick.  Your pot stops fishing and they start leaking out. 

I think the best position is hanging or suspended so long as its notgonna accessible from the top you should be good.
