So I've got a Fisheasy 245 and a Cuda 300.  The Cuda just stopped working, but when I plug in the transducer from the 245 - it works.  So I'm thinking the plug into the back of the unit is no good.  It looks a little funky.  Is there any way to splice a new plug in?  Oh, the 245 and 300 are almost the same unit.

Thanks, if you've got any experience with this.

Dave

When I looked into it,it was a no no don't know where you would even get a plug.

Sombody must have a transducer from a bad head unit you could have??
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

ive definitely heard the same thing, splicing for transducers is a no go.

its a fairly common transducer, you should be able to find one from someone or online for a decent price
