Times are Tough- Kayak Thieves in LJ

I like to frequent Bigwateredge from time to time for the fish porn. (I get it where I can).  I ran into a post called  "LJ Sunday- Thieves Among Us!!!" . I know it is in LJ but it is reminder to all of us to keep an eye on our things.

Late 80's (square hood/fenders) Ford F150 Brown/white trim

Perp:
White Male mid-late 20's
shaved head
large tattoos on chest

He had an older GREY Hobie outback with the old style rudder that sticks out the back...and of course "his" nice new 2010 peddles (with the little bungie to keep the padded peddles inplace) .

With all the budget cuts, this would definitely fall into the low priority list, but if that thief happens to make his way north with his goods, let's show him some Norcal love.     

Any description of the "large tattoos on chest"?

There have always been thieves at LJ but it seems to be getting worse. One guy on BWE got his car stolen at LJ a couple weeks ago while out yakfishing. Lots of homeless folks around La Jolla.

I think the link has photos of the guy from the camera that monitors the beach/swells . Makes me sick to see guys like these out there.
