WX permitting.

Swells are supposed to be up, but the wind is gonna lay down.

I'm down for FR, TC, or SWN. My last chance for any more RBC2 recon.

I'd love to, but we are heading to Portland tonight. Good luck and see you next weekend.

You down, Ben?

WX is actually improving (except for the chance of rain...)

Sunday: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming S around 6 kt in the morning. A chance of showers. Mixed swell...W 5 ft and SW 2 ft. Wind waves around 1 ft.

Me and my buddy plan to hit FR this Sunday.  Hope to see you guys out there.

Thanks.

I will probably be up up there spying on your guys on how to catch the
big ones before RBC2.  It's not really spying or cheating, its benchmarking.

Unless someone volunteers to give me a piggyback ride up and down
the marathon path at Fort Ross, I prefer not to fish there.

Let me know where you are going.

Raydon

OK. I'll post up tomorrow where I'll be heading.

I'd like to try Timber Cove, and maybe parking won't be so much of an issue with ab season closed.

Hi Rock Hopper,

Do you have room for a newbie?  If so, I'd like to join you.  When and Where?

Thanks,

tjkaminska

I'd like to hit Timber Cove, but I'm not exactly sure where it is.

Raydon/Kiel, have either of you launched there?

TC is north of FR store but south of Ocean Cove, look for a bunch of trailers on the water side, I think the sign for the place is being replaced, look for a little one at ground level that says beach access or something like that.
If it's early (before 7?) drive down to the beach and pay on the way out later, owner said they were putting in an iron ranger but they move slow.  Steep drive to the beach,

This is the way it was 4 weeks ago.

Dales's right.
After FR look for trailers on the west side of Hwy 1., and then an opening.  Red's daughter is running the place but doesn't get up usually before 7/8.  Drive slowly thru the opening, office is on the right and it is a trailer.  At the end of the short
drive west, hairpen turn right and down to the beach.  There are approximately 7/8 parking places on the beach/rock.  Fresh water for rinsing off also.  I am going up tonight and sleeping at TC or someplace else.

Looking forward to tomorrow.
