What's next.......flare kayakfishing :) I don't know if it'll have any impact on surfing in general but its gonna take surf photography into a whole new realm.  Dave Nelson uses alot of colored strobes in his shots and the lighting ranges from badass to unreal.....I can see him taking this and running with it.
