Halibut Surprise

My good buddy Jim turned me onto A slab of Hali he and his pops caught in Alaska...What to do?What to do....Well hers what I did.... He keft skin on one side of the slab which was key in this preperation.. I took and sliced all they way thru around an inch apart, the stood up on side... Toothpicked together and stuffed with fresh pinnaple.. In the slices I took white peach and stuffed..... Seasoned and topped with honey and butter....Wrapped with foil and thru on the pit... I WIN!

The reason there's no "cooked" picture is b/c too delish you couldn't refrain from eating it!  There should be more fruit and fish dishes like this.  Sounds great
