Dove Opener Success!!!

It was a great opener up here in the far end of the valley, took probably 20 rounds to get my groove but after that they were raining!  Even got my first Eurasian.  Anybody else make it out?

Congratulations !   I went out with my father,brother and cousin in merced at Joe Gallo's property. The birds were flyin hitchcock thick down there.

Got my license yesterday but did not make it out. Good job.

It's just this kayak fishing thing has taken over my free time lately!

Glad to hear some other good reports...went back out this morning, much slower as expected but still awesome to see the sunrise over the fields, that always seems to be my signal that summer is over and fall is here.

Afraid I won't be up at Almanor, but will be up on McCumber just out of Shingletown tomorrow for a family day.
