Sekiu Mothership Silvers...9/2 pics tomorrow...

Met up with Shawn and Ron on the "Fishin Fool" sweet ride...they asked me yesterday "would u like to load your yak on our boat and take u out to our honey hole"  What would you say???  HELL YES!!! got up at 4am couldn't sleep...had everything ready to go...rolled down the boat ramp and loaded it across the back of their boat (26ft cuddy cabin)...went out around slip point and dropped me off...forgot my SD card for camera  and started fishing...write off the bat I hear WOOOOHOOOO FISHON...so I paddle and paddle and paddle change out a Kayote spoon to a fly to a Coho killer pink and white bamb!!!  sweet little "trout" bout 14 inchs...Chrome...put it back down hit and a miss...again hit and a miss...than a 6-8 pd wild silver had to put back...were actually targeting kings...they've been catching them up to 35 pds...now Shawn the captain of the "Fishin FooL" he was netting a fish and the flasher nailed him in the eye and he dropped his net...they rolled up on me and said they were headed in to reload on a net!!!  I'm bout 6 miles out in bout 555 FOW right in the fleet of PBers looking to "Get some" started getting a little late so I paddled back in before the wind came up!!!  there's a ton of fish here going to do it again tomorrow same game!!!  will have some great pics tomorrow...got a pic of Shawns black eye and the Ribeye/potatoe he fed me for dinner!!!  freaking awesome group of guys...there trying to put me on a big King so they can film it......HELL YEAH will have pics of todays game after fising tomorrow...they took pics of me with their camera and I can upload to site.......what a rush!!!

Hell yeah, Sledge!  You're on the ride of our lives!!  Keep it coming, Bro - you're feeding the Madness, and it's glorious!   

Ya know whats strange is "WE" know what the "madness" is everyone else just has to guess!!!  Today and yesterday hit the water with my heart PUMPING!!!  Freaking Fish ZONE!!!  paddle and paddle and paddle and paddle get a take down it's bout a 6 pd pink net it bleed it put it on my stringer...later I'm cleaning it and the jaw breaks.... try to net it....   gone...feel the pain...........paddle and paddle and bamb!!!  a silver...right to the net and spits the hook........   paddle and padddle and the wind comes up and it's getting a little sketchy out 5.5 miles but the wind is blowning towards the dock so no worries.....finally beach my yak on "Slip Piont" and take a breather....sweet "Strait of Jaun Da Fuca" what a pristine fishery....and there's BIG ASS fish roaming around.....I'm going to stay a few days exstra because if you were here you'd know...u wouldn't want to leave...."Fishin Fool" slow day yesterday 8 fish...today 10!!!  I said U BASTARDS!!!   If anyone wants to hookup with shawn...100 per game on......guys got it dialed!!!!!!!!!   26 ft cuddy cabin an ah so sweet ride....   I tried to give him $$$ but he refused it...they just want to get a vid of me doing a sleigh ride with a big king!!!  HELL YES!!!!!! Living it large but it's by my Lonesome...never the same with out the homies!!!!!  Can't wait till RBC2!!!   some pics of the day...

 

kicked on the beach a little bit took some pics and boogied in....and caught some more...pulled an "Amir" lost my nice fish......was cleaning it and the jaw broke and down it went 595 FOW  so fished and fished and fished some more and was able to put together some diner....
